With twenty years of experience, Rob Arnoth specializes in estate planning, retirement planning, and tax efficient wealth-management solutions for clients with higher net worth. Rob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Business Administration from Queen’s University. In addition Rob has achieved the CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant) and CMA (Certified Management Accountant) designations and has successfully passed the Canadian Investment Funds Course, Branch Managers Examination, and Labour Sponsored Investment Funds Course. His courses at university focused on business, financial markets and risk management, marketing, strategy, and corporate finance. Queen’s University awarded Rob the coveted Matheson Prize in Economics. He is currently working on his CFP (Certified Financial Planner professional) and CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) designations. He also placed in the top 10 per cent in Canada in the University of Waterloo Canadian Mathematics Competitions.

Rob now provides investment service for over $24 million for 200 clients and their families. His clients are looking for an advisor they can trust, someone with the expertise to traverse the gap between future needs and opportunities and help them control their finances. Through a rich process of regular contact, Rob helps them plan for retirement, minimize taxes, develop a well-diversified portfolio, and plan for intergenerational transfers. Most of his clients are actively building wealth for retirement or are focused on preserving capital while maximizing income in retirement.

In 1998, Rob established the Arnoth Foundation, a not-for-profit organization that administers the Thomas J. Arnoth Memorial Fund and the Richard C. Arnoth Memorial Fund. As Educational Liaison and Treasurer for the Karate Kicks Cancer program in Kingston from 1994-96, Rob was instrumental in raising capital for the Canadian Cancer Society by promoting physical and health education in Kingston-area high schools,

Rob was born in Toronto and educated in Kingston and enjoys a wide range of interests. Rob is also a Martial Arts instructor. He was awarded the Go Dan (Fifth Degree Black Belt) in Goju-Ryu Karate and a Renshi (Masters) Samurai Grade upon recommendation of Prince Higashi Fushimi of Japan following his participation in the Canadian Butoku Sai in 2011. Rob speaks fluent Hungarian, is a serious wine collector, an avid skier, and marathon runner.
